CartPath Club, LLC ("CartPath," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the CartPath mobile application and related services.

We collect information that you provide directly and information generated through your use of CartPath.
- Account Information — Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and membership details provided during registration and onboarding.
- Usage Data — How you interact with the app, including pages viewed, features used, booking activity, and session duration.
- Photos & Media — Images you upload for your profile, round highlights, or community posts. Photos are only collected when you explicitly choose to share them.
- Location Data — If you grant permission, we may collect your approximate location to display nearby courses. Location access is entirely optional and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
- Score & Performance Data — Round scores, statistics, and course history you enter through the score tracking feature.

How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to deliver and improve the CartPath experience.
- Provide Services — Process bookings, manage your membership, and facilitate round coordination with roster athletes and coaches.
- Community Features — Power the clubhouse channels, member feed, and direct messaging so you can connect with fellow members.
- Notifications — Send booking confirmations, round reminders, community updates, and membership-related communications.
- Improve the App — Analyze usage patterns to refine features, fix issues, and develop new capabilities that serve the membership.
Section III
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.
We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate CartPath:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure, hosting, authentication (Cognito), and data storage.
- Sports Data Providers — Live tournament leaderboard and score data. No user information is transmitted to these services; we only receive public tournament data.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members.
Section IV
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the us-east-1 (N. Virginia) region. We implement the following safeguards:
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
- Authentication is managed through AWS Cognito with secure token handling.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.
- We conduct regular security reviews of our infrastructure and application code.
While no system is perfectly secure, we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information consistent with industry standards.

Your Rights
You have the right to control your personal data. At any time, you may:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete — Request that we delete your account and associated data. Certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
- Export — Request a portable copy of your data, including scores, round history, and profile information.
- Correct — Update or correct inaccurate information through your profile settings or by contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy
CartPath is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of CartPath after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
