Terms of Service

Membership

CartPath is a private, invitation-based membership community. All memberships are subject to application and approval at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at any time.

Membership tiers, pricing, and benefits are as described at the time of your enrollment. We may modify tier structures and pricing for future enrollment periods, but changes will not affect your current paid term without notice.

Fees & Payments

Membership involves a one-time entry fee and recurring annual dues, processed through Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for your initial fees and subsequent annual renewals.

• The entry fee is non-refundable once processed.
• Annual dues are billed at the start of each membership year. You may cancel before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.
• Booking fees for athlete round experiences are charged separately at the time of booking and are non-refundable once the round is confirmed, except at our discretion.

Booking & Cancellation

Round requests are submitted through the app and are subject to athlete availability and our concierge team's confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

• Once a booking quote is issued, you have 72 hours to complete payment. Unpaid quotes expire automatically.
• Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by contacting our concierge team. Refund eligibility depends on timing and circumstances, determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Athletes may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. We will work to find an alternative date or offer a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible.

Conduct & Privacy

CartPath is built on trust and discretion. As a member, you agree to:

• Treat all athletes, coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect.
• Keep all interactions, bookings, and personal details of athletes confidential. No photographs, recordings, or social media posts of athletes during rounds without their explicit consent.
• Not share your login credentials. If you have an executive assistant, use the built-in delegation feature rather than sharing your password.
• Not resell, transfer, or share your membership access with others.

Violation of these guidelines may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.

Executive Assistants

Members may invite executive assistants to operate on their behalf through the app's delegation feature. You are responsible for all actions your assistant takes on your account. Assistants receive their own login credentials and cannot access your payment method, personal profile, or cancel your membership.

Intellectual Property

All content on CartPath — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by CartPath or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CartPath content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CartPath facilitates introductions between members and athletes. We are not responsible for the conduct of any athlete, coach, or member during a round or event. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance, or experiences.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CartPath's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the fees you have paid to CartPath in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of CartPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
